Got them for silencing my barbell against the metal rack. It's perfect, it doesn't fall off, and doesn't slide around.
Loved these grips. Wrap around dumbbells or barbells to widen your grip and force your arms to squeeze harder to keep attached. Activated the entire forearm, bicep, and Tricep. Creates a huge pump in muscle.
I originally purchase these because my forearms were just not matching the size of my upper arms (I believe due to the straps I always use on back days). With these grips along with a few other forearm movements, I've been able to add half an inch to my forearms in 3 mths time. I immediate can feel the difference when working out with them especially bicep curls, bench press pushing and shoulder press. I wish this product would fully wrap around the bar with no space.
