great board to use for improving balance and for post-surgery therapy

great board for therapy after my knee surgery. I did too much in the beginning and my ankles were sore, so ease into balance work, particularly if it's post surrey

The decision ever made

I bought this for standing up desk at work and it helps with posture, back aches, balancing better in yoga. I love it and it works out my core all day! I'm happy with this! it's very durable

Useful tool

Good tool for older people like me. It's unstable, but that's the idea to train your balance reflexes. The one-star for stability should really be a 5-star for utility. Sturdy. You won't break it.

Love this ! , ! I orginally got this to help me with my balance. I'm 74 and had to spend time in bed because of an injury. I used this and noticed a differenc the first day. Dr. Has told me taking it slow and easy but so glad I found this.

Yes! Go for it. I first bought one of another brand and it was a total disaster! Thank god I was able to return it and get this one instead. Great balancing board. Excellent for all ages. Its sturdy, and heavy but in a good way.
