Ingredients
- 3 scoops of Chocolate Whey Protein
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1 whole egg
- 1 egg white
- 50g Greek yogurt
- 100g wholemeal flour
- 2 tbsp. cocoa powder
- 100g dark chocolate
- 1 tbsp. Icing sugar
Directions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (or 160°C for fan-assisted) and line a rectangular baking pan with parchment paper.
- Whisk the egg and egg white together and add the coconut sugar.
- Sift the whole-wheat flour, baking powder, and baking soda. Then add the cocoa powder to the bowl.
- It’s time to add one scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein to the mixture, whisk it thoroughly, and pour it onto the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes in the oven or until the sponge springs back when touched.
- To make the filling, combine one scoop of Chocolate Whey Protein with the Greek yogurt and whisk until smooth.
- Take the sponge out of the oven, let it cool, and then put it on top of the filling.
- Roll the sponge carefully to form your Yule log.
