    Very good for grip/forearm training

    These fit perfectly around the dumbbells in my gym, I usually use them when I train forearms including static holds and feel that this training has helped strengthen my grip for deadlifts by a lot. As others have said, the grip doesn't wrap quite all the way around a standard barbell, but for my hand size (a little smaller than average) this doesn't matter as I can put the gap on the side facing away from me and I won't be able to reach it.

    This item is a excellent solution to how the increase the diameter of a standard olympic bar or dumbbell with ease. This increases the size of a regular olympic bar or dumbbell handle to over 2 inch's in diameter.
