Great item

This style of ab roller provides new options not available in the conventional ab roller. I use it along with my other exercise equipment to stay in shape. I would have given you a 5 out 5 except that fell apart after the second use. I didn't notice that one of the screw fasteners was missing. I replaced it and continued to use your product (see photo). Overall, I would recommend your product. Thank you for the opportunity to review your product.

So versatile!

I love how versatile this piece of equipment is!! There are so many great exercises you can do with it, not just abdominal conditioning. I really love to use it for shoulder mobility and the hamstring exercise is KILLER!! Excited to keep playing around with it to see what else I can use it for!!

Most Effective Ab Roller Ever!

Ab Roller with handle bar like handles and elbow rests! .... How ingenious! ... Dunno why this wasn't invented ages ago? Seems so 'common sense'! Previously I was using the typical fat wheel ab roller with the handles sticking out the sides and when I would perform the movement I would always find too much stain on my delts and triceps stabilizing the motion especially going forward. Seemed harder to focus on my abs properly. With DMoose Ab Roller all the pressure is much less by leaning on my elbows and holding the handle bar therefore when performing the forward motion I can focus on my abs a whole lot more! Even my 22 yr old noticed how much more her abs were being affected. Yes one still has to do the work forwards and backwards, however this design makes me look forward to want to do more ab strengthening! (Notice I didn't say "cutting"! -- that's done in the kitchen! lol) ..... Sincerely - Bob
