  • 1 teaspoon of ground paprika
  • 1/2 red onion, finely sliced
  • 2 tablespoons of white vinegar

  • 40g of natural yogurt
  • 30g of capers, finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, finely chopped or grated

Salad:

  • 90g of salad leaves 
  • 2 grated carrots
  • A small handful of parsley
  • Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste

Instructions

Get ready to create a delicious, crispy chickpea salad with a zesty twist! 

  • Start by heating some olive oil in a frying pan and adding the drained chickpeas and paprika. Fry them to a golden-brown and crisp perfection for 10-15 minutes.
