  • 8 chicken egg whites
  • 2 whole eggs
  • 1 large white onion
  • 3 oz (90 grams) ground turkey
  • 1.5 cups of kidney beans
  • 1 cup of chopped green and red peppers
  • 1 whole mushroom
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 1 chopped red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of worchestershire sauce

  • Grab a deep wok or a frying pan made of nonstick. Cook the turkey, vegetables, and all the other ingredients in 1 tablespoon of olive oil until the veggies are tender. The eggs are whisked in a sizable mixing dish. Now take a saute pan that fits an omelet. Heat while adding 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
  • You currently have two choices. The egg mixture can be combined with the turkey and vegetables and cooked together until firm. Or, cook the egg mixture and wrap it around the turkey and vegetable mixture. Serve hot and right away.
