Why Use DMoose Lifting Grips?

Lifting grips eliminate grip limitations, enabling heavier lifts and better muscle engagement for safer, more effective workouts.

Lift More Weight

By reinforcing your grip, these straps let you handle heavier weights, allowing you to overload target muscles and build greater overall strength.

Grow Muscle Faster

Without your grip giving out, you can fully exhaust the intended muscles on rows and pull-ups. That optimal overload stimulates faster muscle growth.

Protect Your Hands

Thick leather straps and soft neoprene padding protect your skin and joints from friction, preventing blisters, callus tears, and wrist strain.

Break Through Plateaus

By allowing you to lift heavier and train more reps without grip failure, these grips help you push beyond sticking points to keep making progress.

Key Features

Each feature of DMoose Lifting Grips is engineered to maximize your grip strength, safety, comfort, and lifting performance.

Built for unmatched durability, the grip portion uses two layers of genuine cowhide leather. This double-thick strap creates a rugged, non-slip surface that won’t fray or rip under heavy stress. You get a secure hold on the bar without the material stretching or wearing out quickly. The stiff yet supple leather also improves grip friction, helping lock the bar in place so you can lift with total confidence set after set.

equipment feature

Beneath the leather strap sits a thick neoprene wrist pad that acts as a cushion. It protects your skin and wrist bones from pinching or chafing under heavy loads. The widened pad design distributes pressure evenly across your wrist, eliminating pain points so you can focus on lifting instead of discomfort. It also absorbs sweat and conforms to your wrist for a comfortable, secure fit every workout.

equipment feature

Never worry about the grips coming loose mid-lift. The high-strength hook-and-loop wrist strap locks your grip firmly in place through every rep. Paired with the steel D-ring buckle, it creates a tight, custom fit around your wrist that won’t loosen under load. Yet once your set ends, you can peel it open in seconds. This quick-release design makes adjustments between exercises fast and hassle-free.

equipment feature

Forget sizing issues – one pair works for almost everyone. The extended Velcro strap and multiple closure positions allow these grips to comfortably fit a wide range of wrist sizes. Whether you have smaller wrists or tree-trunk forearms, you can adjust the strap length for a secure, personalized fit. This one-size-fits-all design means any lifter, male or female, can benefit from the same great support without needing different gear.

equipment feature

Train without worry - these grips are built to handle enormous weight. The double-stitched leather and steel hardware have been tested to support up to 480 pounds without failure. You can confidently go for personal record lifts knowing your grips won’t give out. Unlike flimsy straps that might snap under extreme loads, DMoose Lifting Grips stay strong and reliable as you push your limits. This heavy-duty performance gives you long-term confidence and safety in every workout.

    Strong build with versatile performance

I purchased the Dmooe Weight Lifting Hooks specifically to help with very heavy shrugs (400+ lbs). The build quality is solid and they feel durable and well-made. The hook design creates a thicker grip, which can make lifts feel more challenging compared to traditional straps, but this can also help build additional grip strength. For moderate weights and various pulling movements, they still perform well and provide reliable support.

Dont leave gains on the table. Strap up.

I love these. Honestly I never understood why people use these but now... oh boy have I been missing out. It saves my horrible grip. My hands dont give out on me 1st which is what normally happens. So much gains were left on the table for me to use but due to my grip I never had access to that strength. Easy to use and I live them.

Solid quality with firm support feel

I bought these for my husband as he lifts regularly. He liked the solid metal hook design and overall build quality. The wrist support felt a bit firm for his preference during certain movements, but they fit well and still offer strong grip assistance for many exercises.

    Skeptic Turned Believer

To say I was a skeptic was an understatement. While trapping and deadlifting I kept dropping the barbell because my hands couldn’t handle it, I just assumed it was too much weight for my body to handle but something in the back of my mind told me it was something else. I tried gloves and that helped a little but still felt like something was missing and I wasn’t getting all I could out of the workouts. I then had a buddy recommend some wrist to bar wrap and it helped a lot but was very hard to maintain the wrap. I wound up finding these and figured I’d give it a shot. Out of the box you could feel the weight and quality. Thick metal hooks, thick poly material and very strong Velcro. I took it to the gym. I was trapping 335lbs and was struggling. I put these on and I hit 425lbs. A 90lbs difference. You are cheating yourself out of getting a full workout by not having these. These are not a purchase, it’s an investment into your body. Don’t cheat yourself, buy a pair! My only regret is not buying these years ago!

Good Performance Even Under Heavy Loads

I used these for heavy deadlifts around 365 lbs and they definitely helped improve pulling strength and performance. Over time, the hooks opened up slightly, which can happen under very heavy loads, but they still provide solid assistance for most workouts. Great for increasing lifting capacity, especially if you’re working on grip support.

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How do DMoose Lifting Grips help during workouts?

They relieve pressure on your hands and reinforce your grip on the bar. This lets you lift heavier weights without grip failure or hand pain, so you can focus on form and target muscles instead of worrying about the bar slipping.

Will they fit my wrists?

Absolutely. They are one-size-fits-most and fully adjustable with a Velcro strap. Whether you have smaller or larger wrists (about 6” to 8” around), you can tighten them for a snug, comfortable fit. They work equally well for both men and women.

Are these grips suitable for both men and women?

Yes – the design is completely unisex. The adjustable strap accommodates nearly any wrist size, so both male and female lifters can use them effectively. There’s no difference in support or benefit based on gender.

Do they come as a pair?

Yes, each order includes two lifting grips (a pair). You get one for each hand, so both wrists are supported. They’re intended to be used together to help you grip with both hands during lifts.

How do I put on the lifting grips correctly?

Loosen the Velcro and slide your hand through the strap. Position the neoprene pad under your wrist. Feed the end of the strap through the D-ring buckle and pull it tight, then secure the Velcro. The leather grip section lies across your palm – when you grab the bar, make sure that leather is between your fingers and the bar for a secure hold.

Will the grips slip or loosen during a workout?

No – once secured, the grips won’t slip or loosen mid-set. The strong Velcro closure keeps them tight on your wrists, and the leather strap holds firmly around the bar. Even during heavy or high-rep sets, you shouldn’t need to readjust them.

Can I use these for exercises other than weightlifting?

Definitely. While they’re made for weightlifting and powerlifting, you can use them anytime you need extra grip support. People even use them in CrossFit workouts or strongman-style pulling exercises. Basically, any move that taxes your grip (deadlifts, pull-ups, rows, etc.) can benefit from these grips.

How do I care for and clean the grips?

It’s best to hand wash or spot clean them. Wipe down the leather with a damp cloth and mild soap, then air dry the grips. Avoid machine washing or using high heat to dry them, as that can damage the leather and Velcro. With simple proper care, they’ll last longer and stay odor-free.

What makes DMoose Lifting Grips different from other brands?

DMoose uses premium materials and an athlete-driven design. These grips feature genuine double-layer leather, thick neoprene padding, and heavy-duty stitching that’s been tested by serious lifters. Every detail is engineered for durability and performance. You’re investing in gear designed by athletes for athletes, which means better comfort, support, and longevity than generic grips.

Can using lifting grips help prevent injuries or grip fatigue?

While not a medical device, lifting grips can reduce strain on your hands and wrists by supporting your grip. This may help prevent overuse issues like torn calluses or tendon strain, since less stress is placed on your joints. It’s still important to use proper form and also train your natural grip occasionally to maintain overall hand strength.
