1. Eligibility: The Moostober promotion (the "Promotion") is open to all eligible participants unless prohibited by law. Entrants must be 18 years of age or older to participate. Employees of dmoose.com, their immediate families, and agents are ineligible to participate. This Promotion is void where prohibited.
2. Promotion Period: The Promotion will begin at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Standard Time (EST) on October 1, 2023, and end at 11:59 p.m. EST on October 31, 2023.
3. How to Enter: You will receive one (1) ENTRY for EVERY dollar ($1) spent during the Promotion Period. No purchase limit for entries.
4. Selection of Winners: Three (3) winners will be announced weekly during the Promotion Period, and one (1) mega giveaway winner will be announced on November 1, 2023. Winners will be randomly selected from eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
5. Winner Announcement: The winner will be notified by an email of this announcement. We may choose an alternative winner if the initially selected winner cannot be reached within 48 hours.
6. Prizes: The prizes will be disclosed on the dmoose.com Page. Prizes are non-transferable, with no cash or other substitution allowed, except at dmoose.com's discretion.
7. Returns & Exchanges: Items purchased during the Promotion Period may not be returned for a refund. Exchanges are permissible, but to qualify, items must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in the original packaging. To initiate an exchange, please get in touch with customer support at support@dmoose.com. The customer is responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges. All shipping costs, including those for exchanges, are non-refundable.
8. General Conditions: dmoose.com reserves the right to cancel, suspend, and modify the Promotion if any fraud, technical failures, or other factor beyond dmoose.com's reasonable control impairs the integrity or proper functioning.
9. Release: By participating in the Promotion, participants agree to release and hold harmless dmoose.com, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize.
10. Data Collection: dmoose.com collects personal data from participants when they enter the Promotion. Information collected is subject to dmoose.com's privacy policy.
11. Disputes: Any disputes related to this Promotion will be resolved per the laws of the jurisdiction where the participant resides.
