    I Absolutely Love It!

    Bought this a while ago, still working strong

    I held off on the review to see how it fairs. I bought this a while ago and mainly use it to do reverse squats off the leg part of a mutli/workout bench i.e. start squated and stand up instead of start standing and go down. No issues with the chain holding 150/200 lbs of weights. And no issues with squishing and clamping from the belt itself, the cushion is just robust and firm enough to not bother my hips.

    Not for those dipping or squatting heavy weights.

    This is a light weight dip belt. The threads used to sew the D-ings in place are too thin and too few. The belt malfunctioned for me after 6 uses. The D-rings simply came off when the thread tore.I think one could get long service if light weights are used, something under 100 lbs. Beyond that, shear forces that cause any twisting of the D-rings will eventually tear the weak binding threads. It needs to be riveted.
