    Good for beginners and elderly. If you're already huge, pass.

    First impressions. This is a lot of tool for the price. I chose it because it appears to have a stronger design, with the piston in reverse, connected by a bolt to the frame. However, I had to turn it up to 12 to get a decent press. It only goes up to 15, so if you look anything remotely like the model in the picture, this will not be serious equipment for you. Im an xxl guy, but my arms and chest are small. Im just beginning again at age 50, so this may be fine for me, or for seniors who need more strength. The molding of the grips leaves sharp edges, so spend some time with a razor or file to trim them down. They are made of fiberglass reinforced nylon, which is nice. If only it were US made. The resistance band hook is unnecessary and could save some welding and metal. There are tiny air bubbles in the ram as well, so it takes a few pumps in any position to smooth out strokes. A way to replenish the oil or repair the ram would be nice. Overall a good value for the price. Some of the translated logo and instructions are funny.
