    I don't go to the gym without it

    I LOVE this. I am recovering from FAI surgery on both hips and all my surgeon and PT talk about are glutes, glutes, glutes, especially gluteus medius and this surely hits that. I do big walking steps forwards, backwards, and to the sides before workouts while wearing this in my warm-up, around my thighs during squats and hip thrusts to really engage the glutes and the typical side walks that everyone thinks of. Play with where it is on your thigh to get the desired effect.

    Everybody needs this

    Pre squatting hip preparation! The bands are comfy. I squat 225 at least every time I do squats. I wish I got the level 3 band. Great for beginners. If you’re advanced get the level 3.
