    Stopped early tennis elbow from progressing.

    I was in the early stages of tennis elbow and using this seems to have stopped it in its tracks. Only been a week but so far so good. Will update over time! I’ve been picking up tennis and I went up in practice time too quickly. That plus poly strings at 55 pounds were too much for my arms tendons. This tool has helped me recover and keep playing!

    Great for tennis elbow

    I was skeptical about this but it has been great. The twist exercise targets exactly the spot I’m getting tennis elbow pain from and it’s already feeling better after just a few days. It definitely targets those muscles that are causing the pain. You can do those excercises with other things if you had to but this item is convenient and purpose built so I say it’s worth the buy.

    The Best for Tennis Elbow

    Planks and heavy duty training caused a condition known as tennis elbow, a constant nagging pain. When I did physical therapy, the facility carried these DMOOSE flexbars and I was given the red one and gradually moved to green, but at first green was too hard to bend. After therapy, my elbow never healed. I purchased the red and used that for a couple of years every morning until it got too easy. I made the decision to buy the green knowing it might be too hard to bend. The green one has worked extremely well, I bend it like in the picture shown ten times a day, when I wake up. I twist it by holding it vertically, left hand at bottom, right at top and twist in opposite directions 10x, then switch hands and repeat 10x. It is really the best tool for someone that has constant pain in their arms, elbow. The pain I have comes and goes, but I use the DMOOSE daily to help strengthen my arms and over time, I have seen and felt my arms, wrists and even shoulders getting stronger. It is lightweight and can be tucked in a drawer next to the bed.

    If you have tennis elbow, you NEED this

    I got to the gym almost every do and do strength training. A few months ago I pushed it too far and developed serious tendonitis in both arms (my left arm hurting the worst). My arm was achy at best, and some days it felt like it was on fire. So I took a break from heavy lifting. Still hurt. Took a longer break, and it just never seemed to stop. So now I haven't done any lifting or upper body training in about a month. Still hurts. Finally, the Flexband was recommended and I figured at this point I nothing to lose. I used it a bit (and of course there was discomfort), but I've used for only two days... TWO DAYS... and already my elbows feel better than they have in 3 months. I really wish I'd found this sooner! So to anyone with tennis elbow, tendonitis, whatever... you need this. I'm not ready to lift again, but I think in a month I might be able to, and that is some hope I truly did not have earlier this week. It seems pricey for a big cylinder of rubber, but it's 100% worth it. Now that I know how much it's helped, I would have paid any amount to get this, because it works.
