Great Quality Jump Ropes!

Really like these jump ropes! I decided to buy these because I can no longer do sprints for cardio workouts. These work really well and I'm really happy that I'm back into jump roping after so many years! Great workout! Anyway, these are excellent quality jump ropes that are adjustable in size. I really like the blue ones! And I'm glad I have a spare black one in case the blue ones no longer hold up!

AWESOME during this pandemic!

I usually go to the gym and lift weights. But during this pandemic I needed something to maintain. I can literally work out every muscle with bands.. It's crazy how much I realize until I tried it!

They do work

I had to get used to using the HIP RESISTANCE BAND, but I'm telling you it is one of the best purchases I've made as far as building my strength.
